Project Overview:
Improvements to County Line Road in the vicinity of the Route 202 Parkway will be completed under two separate contracts. Under the first (WD1), 2.1 miles of County Line Road will be widened from 2-3 lanes to 5 lanes with 5-foot shoulders between US Route 202 (Doylestown Road) and Stump Road.
The second stage (WD2) will widen 1.5 miles of County Line Road from 2 lanes to 5 lanes with 5-foot shoulders between Stump Road and Route 152/Limekiln Pike, and from 2 lanes to 3 lanes from Route 152/Limekiln Pike to Lower State Road/Kulp Road. WD2 also includes significant improvements to the County Line Road/Limekiln Pike/Lower State Road intersection.
